Breakfast not included so cannot comment. Bar dinner night before excellent, wonderful beer selection with helpful staff offering free tasters to sample. Room was clean, bathroom clean. Special event on main floor really loud, but our room on 3rd floor well out of earshot.

Burn Hall Hotel
Very welcoming reception, lovely staff. Room very clean and all essentials there. Hotel itself clean, spaces, lovely surroundings. Breakfast was good, buffet with typical English breakfast, also healthy breakfast available, toaster and white/brown bread, no rolls. Maybe not for some, but Important ...

Dale View Cottages
The room was very small and the bed was a small double which again is small. That been said shower was very good and the location was good I clearly got it wrong as I thought we were getting what now looks like the cottages and not a room. That was my fault and not the owners

Five Star Stays
