"Such a great hotel -- loved that it was apartment style with lots of amenities in the unit. We were able to do laundry to minimize the amount of clothing we had to pack, and utilized the kitchen to make tea and have simple breakfasts in the morning. Great location, close to the train station and easy to get around the city. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again."

Lights are very dark. In winter would have been difficult to use laptop
Staff very helpful.
Great that parking was close/onsite even if expensive
Kept asking for a passport to complete check in instead of offering an option for driving licence.
Digitalisation too fast. Older people would feel confused and their experience would have been poor. Let’s no discriminate and leave older people outside society while we focus on “inclusion “ "
