"The room is actually a two bedroom apartment and it worked great for us. Very reasonable price. Direct access to the ocean. Chair and umbrellas are provided. Very quiet area of Cocoa Beach, but not far from some nice places to eat. The patio at night was a great addition to our experience. Very relaxing at night."

"My only thought is they should have let the renters know there's no bathroom door and so for toileting purposes and showering purposes there is no privacy."

"Things I liked first. Hot water didn't run out. House stayed cool despite the raging sun outside. The beach is a block away. Very quick walk. Staff got back to me right away when I had questions. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook on the stove. Sinkin the kitchen was Xtra large -easy for dishes to get washed. Washer and dryer on site and free- nice microwave and there was a toaster too. Kureig coffee maker with coffee supplied too! Beds were comfy....
