My feedback has to start with Fabio, who manages the property. I began my communication with him over a year ago and he always responded really quickly; indeed often within minutes. From our arrival at the villa, he was superb at keeping in touch and ensuring our stay was the best; he also prepared one of our evening meals, which was an amazing feast. Our party of 18 comprised three generations of the same family; the ages ranged from one to 74. The villa was so roomy and all members of our party felt at home. The teenagers had an annexe to themselves, which provided their own adult free zone ! The garden is also a key feature and there is ample space for people to roam to their hearts' content. There are so many other features to this property, all of which are detailed on the VRBO website; this is worth a careful study. We have all rated this villa highly on every count and strongly recommend it for a large gathering of friends or family.

What a Villa!! Four families with a total of 17 people, including kids aged between 12 and 19 stayed at the Villa and there was more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchens were well stocked and the outdoor eating area was a great place to have a meal for all of us together. The pool, ping pong, hot tub and bocce provided lots to do when not sight seeing. Most importantly, Fabio was amazing!! Always available to assist or provide advice. And the meal he prepared for all 17 of us on our first night was incredible. Thank you Fabio for everything.

A great house for a group of friends to stay

We had a fantastic time at the house, Fabio was excellent in his communication and help. The house is great with separate areas but big communal spaces. We had a couple of delicious meals cooked for us by Fabio, I would highly recommend this luxury! If I had to say one thing it would be great if the pool seating area was tiled instead of grass, but overall can't fault it.

Fantastic villa and host in Tuscany

We had a fantastic holiday in this amazing villa with uncles, aunts, parents, children and cousins. The house worked perfectly for our composition, as the house was divided into several departments and we could thus have each one when the need arose for it. The house offers everything you need, from rooms, kitchens, services and other facilities. In addition to the very authentic and house, Fabio (the host) is nothing less than a great addition and deserves the highest praise. He welcomed us in the best way and was available with answers and helpfulness whenever we asked him. All in all we had a wonderful trip and maybe we will return one day in the future.

Worthy of 20 Stars

Our visit to Tuscany in June was highlighted by our stay at Podere Incrociati. We were two families, ages 1-75. The villa and surrounding grounds are meticulously maintained, and there is something to entertain every age group - the little ones loved the playground, and we all enjoyed the swimming pool and sitting areas. We ate meals in the large dining room, as well as the lovely outdoor patio which had its own kitchen and grills. The way the bedrooms in the villa are set up, you can count on as much privacy, or as much interaction, as you want. And the beds were very comfortable. Washers and dryers were a big bonus. Supermarkets, restaurants and wineries are all nearby, and our rented car came in handy for quick runs. And then there was Fabio, who did food shopping for us, shared information with us on trusted tour guides, made car service arrangements for us on several occasions, recommended restaurants (don’t miss the farm tour with dinner), made reservations for us at a nearby winery, and arranged a pasta class for us. We all loved Fabio’s special interactive pizza-making night using the wood fired oven on the property. And he made dinners for us, seven-course meals using family recipes. Not to mention that he answered all our questions promptly, while we were there and in the months prior to our arrival. Thank you from all of us, Fabio. I would not hesitate to recommend Podere Incrociati, and Fabio, to anyone who wants to create an album of special memories.

The manager Fabio was the greatest

A Wonderful property! The manager Fabio was attentive. He was fabulous!!!!! He arranged an arrival dinner, as well as a pizza night cooking class for the entire family. He was able to arrange a late taxi booking back to the airport. The property has two full sized washers and dryers which was plenty for our family of 12.

Oasis in Tuscany

We were a group of 22 celebrating a birthday. We spent a wonderful week exploring Tuscany and relaxing at the villa. Fabio was a wonderful host - very responsive and always happy to assist with arrangements or answer questions. The property is vast with many beautiful spaces to relax and cook. I highly recommend it!

Great Villa for Large Families

The villa was great and just as pictured, very rustic! Communication with Fabio was excellent. We went in late Nov, so it was quite cold outside. The villa and kitchens inside become quite cold as well. We had 8 rooms occupied, so we did have to pay extra for the excess electric usage, event though we turned of the heat units in the bedrooms every day. The villa is located about 15min from the nearest town and about an 1hrs drive from many of the towns we visited. Figuring out how to use the washer and dryer was a bit of a challenge. I would recommend that the owners "upgrade" the bathroom towels, as they are very thin and never dry. We also had a difficult time lighting the fireplace. Also, a broom and dust pan should be readily available to house guests. If staying for a week, I highly recommend perhaps hiring someone to come clean the house, as with so many people it does get dirty. However, I would definitely stay again. It's an opportunity and adventure of a lifetime. Had it been summer, I'm sure we would have been able to use the other amenities that the villa had to offer. I think its best for spring/summer/fall time when it's warmer and not as cold outside.

Fantastic Host. Perfect Villa

What a wonderful visit! Our party consisted of 12 adults celebrating a recent marriage. Fabio, our host, was beyond helpful. Both before we got there and throughout our stay, he was eager and available to help us arrange travel, meal reservations, really anything we needed. We had him cook a family style dinner for us the night we arrived. It was so perfect, we asked him to do it again near the end of our stay. One night we decided to use the wood burning pizza oven. Not only did he prepare the fire for us hours in advance, when we realized we'd forgotten flour for our pizza crusts, he graciously interrupted his evening to bring us the missing ingredient. We LOVED the outdoor kitchen and dining area, the upstairs living space with large windows that could be easily opened to enjoy the weather and the idyllic view, the en suite bathrooms in nearly every room... really, it was perfect. We arranged a driver, but rental cars would also work well. There are several quaint towns nearby, and Siena is just a half hour away. It was easy to get everywhere in Tuscany for day trips, though we chose to spend the majority of a couple of days just enjoying the villa. We cannot recommend it enough. Many thanks the Fabio and his team!

Le luxe campagnard

Au milieu d'un environnement mélangeant campagne et foret , tout en étant éloigné d'autres habitations mais en étant à faibles distances de toutes commodités. Equipements à la hauteur de l'annonce avec un super Fabio pour répondre à nos demandes. Une merveilleuse semaine malheureusement trop courte pour notre groupe de 20 personnes (13 adultes et 7 enfants). Merci pour toute cette perfection et bons menus.

ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren eine Gruppe mit zwei Hunden. Für die Hunde ein absolutes Paradies - dank des eingezäunten Grundstücks. Der einzige große Nachteil, das WLAN war sehr, sehr, sehr schlecht, für die unter uns, die beruflich erreichbar sein mussten war das ein Problem, da man dort auch kein Handynetz hat. Daher müssen wir leider einen Stern abziehen. Alles andere war super. Es war sauber, es war alles da was man benötigt, es gibt Klimaanlagen in den einzelnen Zimmern, etc. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub.

Sommerurlaub mit Freunden

Wir kamen an, wurden freundlich begrüßt und einmal komplett durch das Haus/über das Gelände geführt. Mega Anwesen, riesiges Haus, genau nach unserem Geschmack :-) Wir waren eine Woche dort und rund um glücklich. Man ist ziemlich abseits, der nächste Supermarkt ist ca 10min mit dem Auto entfernt, allerdings war das genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Unser eigenes kleines Fleckchen. Es war schön sauber und der Müll wurde sogar jeden Tag vom Vermieter geleert. Wir waren rundum happy und empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter👍😇

Great place, a bit off-site, both geographically and communications-wise

Wonderful place, great service, good facilities to cook and be cooked for; very friendly staff. Only drawback is communications - practically no cell phone access [have to travel a few miles by car] and poor internet [very hard to get a single zoom call going] so if you have business obligations while staying - tell your business partners you are on vacation.

Toller Urlaub!!!

Wir hatten einen tollen, 14-tägigen Familienurlaub in Sovicille. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gibt auch bei vielen Urlaubsteilnehmern immer genügend Platz zum Zurückziehen. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist durch die abgeschiedene Lage weit außerhalb des Ortes sehr, sehr ruhig. Fabio der Verwalter des Anwesens und der Besitzer kümmern sich extrem gut und schnell um auftretende Probleme. Es war für uns als Familie ein wirklich sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt!!!

Vacances entre amis

La maison était parfaite pour notre groupe de 16 qui comprenaient plusieurs familles. Plusieurs espaces privés différents ont permis à ce que les familles avec enfants en bas âges aient leur propre appartement. Les adolescents avaient également leur propre espace. Nous avons apprécié également l’extérieur qui est très vaste. La piscine, le jacuzzi et les coins terrasses étaient entretenus tous les jours durant notre sommeil ;-)! Merci au propriétaire! Great Property for large family get together

Fabio was a great manager who was helpful in all regards. We stayed during winter, but the property had incredible outdoor facilities including an outdoor kitchen we used several nights. Multiple dining areas for large groups. Multiple sleeping room options with privacy, all with en-suite bathrooms. Great location as well.

Amazing house in beautiful location

What a delightful house. The house was huge and the best equipped house I have ever stayed in. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The owners were a delight visiting the house every day. Fabio, the manager was exceptional, catering for our every desire… booking restaurants, delivering pizzas, providing contacts for chefs, taxis and wine tasting. A fabulous family holiday.

Living the ideal Tuscan life for 1 week

This house has exceeded our expectations and we are grateful to have discovered it and to have met Fabio. It has an amazing location - isolated, but short drives to anything you might need - all the conditions and an amazing manager (Fabio) that will help with every need or desire you might have. We were a group of 19 people (colleagues and friends), the rooms were extremely comfortable and perfectly distributed in the house, with variation between double and twin beds, enough bathrooms and all equipped with great AC (the pictures don't show it, but all the house has AC !!!). Fabio shared the house floorplan before arrival and helped with setting up the bedrooms as we wished. On our first evening we had a dinner prepared at the house by Fabio (amazing food, looked beautiful), rest of the days we would cook, rarely go out - there are 3 kitchens (of which 1 is professional) + an additional outdoor kitchen, in total around 5 fridges available, a grill on gas + a stone grill, 4 dishwashers, enough silverware & plates & glasses to cover our group in EACH kitchen, all types of kitchen and food apparel and machines - it was amazingly easy and comfortable to feel like home! We couldn't be more happier spending time together on the terrace. Because the location is between hills and forests it doesn't get extremely hot (evenings and mornings are actually pretty cool), and the villa has multiple terraces where you can relax + a superb jacuzzi to unwind. It has great wifi everywhere (Fabio placed routers all around the property - even near the pool) and a huge screen TV in the main living room. Everybody felt great the whole time we were there and I would recommend this place to anyone! Fabio is the best! Thank you.
