"5 Stars We had an amazing stay in the Outer Banks! The house was beautiful—clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect: close to the beach, but still quiet and relaxing. We especially loved [insert favorite feature: e.g., the pool, the deck views, the open kitchen, etc.]. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable OBX getaway."

"Super clean and comfortable. Have to point out the coffee mugs. Not the tiny stick your pinky out tea cups. Massive coffee lover mugs you can fill and enjoy on the back patio deck. Enjoy the breeze and watch the squirrels collect their breakfast. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Don’t miss the sunsets on the sound across the street from the gazebo!"

"Arrived for the visit on a motorcycle on a misty day a couple hours early while waiting for my family to check the location. The homeowner was there finishing the clean and she allowed me to park my bike in the carport and have the property early.property has a nice sitting both inside and out. Only downside to the property is that the bedrooms do not have access directly to common area. back bedroom access is either through front bedroom or bath."

"We had a great stay! The cottage was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The decor was cozy and welcoming, and the beds were soft and comfortable. The kids’ room was thoughtfully set up. We especially enjoyed the back porch overlooking the golf course—it was such a peaceful spot to unwind. The hot tub was a great bonus and made our stay even more relaxing. Our hosts were accommodating and kept in near-instant communication, which made everything smooth and stress-free."

"Part of me wants to keep this gem a secret so it’s available any time we want to visit OBX! 100/100 definitely recommend. From check-in to checkout, everything was perfect. The listing is completely accurate-it truly felt like home (not some super fancy condo situation where you’re afraid your 4 year old is going to shatter a thousand dollar knick knack). "Property worked great for my friend and I. Great, central location in safe neighborhood. We'll stocked with what we needed for a few days. It's very small, so I wouldn't recommend for kids, but perfect for adults. The pull out couch wasn't very comfortable, so we ended up sharing the bed. I'd definitely recommend for your stay at the outer banks."
