The space

A brand new apartment is on the 2nd floor of our primary residence, has private entrance with self check in lock box, chic & airy space with comfy queen-sized bed, a sofa which can serve an additional bed for a 3rd guest (child).
Modern kitchen stocked with full size refrigerator , Touchscreen Air Fryer Toaster Oven , electric cooktop, K-cup coffee maker, coffee bar, pots, utensils .
There is a private bathroom with a shower. Towels and other bathroom essentials are provided.
Private washer & drier.
Excellent WiFi, Smart TV and Netflix .
You can enjoy free parking and outdoor shower.
Brand new bikes, beach umbrella & beach chairs are also provided.

Studio apartment is located over garage and has a private entrance with key less door lock .
You have to go through garage to get to the apartment.
Parking is in the driveway on the right side.
