"Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland."

"Clean room, great staff and good location. The only annoyance in my opinion was no parking or nearby parking, only valet parking which was expensive for one night and no water or coffee in the rooms otherwise it was perfect!"

"I enjoyed staying at the Jupiter because I used to go to the downstairs venue in the past when it was the doug fir. (Now sadly closed) The only issue i would have is that there was no refrigerator in my room, which I think is pretty standard these days. But the price was good. And they had underground parking."

"All the staff I encountered were really great--super cool and conversational, but the room was a real disappointment. I walked through the door and walked into a wall of stench. It smelled like wet dogs had vacationed in the room. I usually sleep like a rock, but the stink kept me awake for a while. The shower was also not clean. "

"It was a nice stay for our family. I know they offer a restaurant but it has very limited items so we ended up going down the street to eat. Staff were nice and professional. "

"The lobby, bar, and other common areas are very nice and clean. The rooms have everything that you need in them. And the elevators are super efficient and fast even when it felt like a lot of people were going up and down. If you do self parking, it is just around the corner maybe a 50 yd walk. Just keep that in mind."

"Room was very spacious and clean, staff were nice, the pool is nice but it’s too humid to the point me and my guests couldn’t stay in there longer than 10 minutes, the view in the suite was very pretty, it has good lighting all around and a nice little kitchen that comes with everything you would need to cook a meal, would for sure come back and get this same room, one of the only hotels with a suite that is worth the price!"

I reached out to the front desk, explained the situation, and they responded immediately without hesitation or making me uncomfortable. "The staff was so kind, we got there early before our room was ready. The lobby was really nice and we got complimentary mimosas for my birthday while we waited! The hotel has its own vibe which if you love boutique hotels it’s def a great spot. The beds were a bit small BUT we got the best comforters for each of us (4 girls in a 2 bed room) which was a pleasant surprise. Literally silk on my feet we all fan girled over the bedding. Area felt safe. Would stay here again if I traveled solo."
