"We honestly are considering suing for negligence of cleanliness, extremely rude, dishonest behavior, safety, barged into room multiple times while I was was indisposed and told them to not enter, they required us to do our own cleaning and cleaned after them. "I am a bath person. After spending all day in intensive care at Adventist, I was looking forward to a hot bath; no stopper. I tried to shove a wash cloth down the drain, so I did have some success. "

"We just needed something close to the VA AND HAD A SMOKING ROOM AND ACCESS FOR MY BROTHER. IT IS A SINGLE LEVEL AND HAD PLENTY OF CLOSE FOOD, fuel and a 7-11 right behind it. It was also the most affordable place I could find with 2 full beds. "

Just to start off the manager wouldn’t let me check in cuz he thought I was a prosituite and tried to agree with me and say that I’ve stayed at his motel before. Ended getting an apology for that. But then he went on to say if I work the streets he would kick me out immediately. He likes to lurk in your window and see who’s in your place this place is ridiculous can’t have anyone at all over after...

"The clerk was rude, he didn't want to give us the wifi password even though we are paying customers. He said it was company policy not to give it to guess. No hot water to shower with. It was extremely noisy from guess up stairs from us and company didn't do anything to quite it down. we never got our microwave or refrigerator, all in all it was the worst stay we ever experienced. We will never book a stay there again and highly recommend that no one ever go there"

"They gave us a different room then what we had reserved. Did not have hot water in the bathroom or kitchen sink. The hallway smelt like wet dog or dirty gym socks. We reserved a kitchenette but the the burners didn't work, so we ended up eating both nights we were there. The staff on the first day was not very friendly at all."
