Relax in a sparkling new Hotspring hot tub, or kick-back on the huge outdoor deck with a railing bar and seating area and watch the magnificent egrets, herons and cranes wander nearby in their natural habitat. Bring your kayaks and fishing gear and launch onto the bay...the kayak launch point is only steps away! Sandy or muddy after having a great day? Rinse-off outside in your own outdoor shower!

The interior is delightful with bright and colorful large rooms with bay/estuary views throughout. The large windows allow a lot of natural light to come in and makes for a nice lodging experience. The home is located on a quiet, upscale residential street within close walking distance to popular restaurants, shops, bay, beach and all the fun activities that SPI has to offer. Both kitchens are equipped with appliances and are fully stocked with all cookware - including pots, pans, utensils, bakeware, dishes and more! The Bunkhouse features a full-size washer and dryer. There is an interior door from Villa 'A' leading to The Bunkhouse and both units have their own private front door entries.

Villa 'A': This roomy Villa offers guests 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Guests will walk into a nice open living area and breathtaking views of the bay; featuring a large flat-screen TV, ample seating, and an electric fireplace with adjustable heat. The fireplace also has a wide array of flame colors! Both of the living room chairs open to become lounges, or twin beds for additional sleeping accommodations. The open kitchen features a sit-up bar for 3 and is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils making preparing meals a breeze! The dining area located next to the living room and kitchen features a 4-person extendable dining table with which is perfect to have family meals.

The living room sofa opens to become a full-size bed for additional sleeping accommodations. The open kitchen features a rollable cart for extra counter space and also doubles as an expandable drop-leaf table for a fun dining experience! Kitchenette is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils making preparing meals a breeze!
