Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Restricted to Immediate Families Only. Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only. No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time.

All guests are required to wear wristbands at all times, for the full duration of the reservation. Wristbands can not be taken off, and/or exchanged with any other person. A guest list is required in advance of check-in. ONLY those listed on the guest list will be provided a wristband and will be allowed on the premises. It is only a 3-4 minutes walk from the front door till your toes are in the sand! When it is time to rest after a fun day of exploring South Padre Island, guests will rest easily in the spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom entails a king bed, flat screen tv, and en suite master bathroom. The second guest bedroom offers a king bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds.
