Beachfront PARADISE at it's BEST!!!

A treasure located right on the beach, this beautiful 5th floor condo will be your favorite vacation place. Relax in the the chairs on the ocean front balcony. It feels like you're on the beach without getting your feet sandy. The living area features a bistro dining set, comfy sofa and recliner, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, Spectrum cable with Showtime and DVD. High speed WIFI.
A fully equipped kitchen allows you the convenience of dining in when you choose. Just bring your own food and beverages. Or use curbside from one of the many restaurants. We have a blender, coffee pot, toaster, dishes and pretty much everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. You will sleep like a baby on the king bed with comfy cotton sheets. The bedroom has a large wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD and a ceiling fan. Kids will enjoy the bunk bed alcove. There is a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam topper so it's comfortable. Spacious bathroom has plenty of nice towels, beach towels and a hair dryer.
Easy self-check in using your own personal entry code starts your beach vacay at the instant you arrive. This condo is right on the beach just a few steps to the water.
Beach supplies, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards & cooler for guests to use are in the closet. If you like to hang out by the pool there are loungers for you to enjoy before or after you take a dip.
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.
Pet friendly. Pet fee and Pet Agreement required.
Max guests: This unit must not exceed 6 guests.

Parking: One parking permit is provided in the condo. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second pass, please request it prior to arrival so we can have it in the condo for you.
Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.
Rental Agreement required. All guests must adhere to the rules of the building. Please be considerate of others in the building.

This condo sets perfectly overlooking the beach with everything you need to enjoy a vacation on SPI. The condo was clean and fresh. The only reason for me not rating this a five star was the fact that there were a couple of minor repairs that needed to be made. I notified the owners of the issues, and they are hopefully fixed by now. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting a great beachfront stay on the island.

Nice respite on the beach with lovely view of Gulf of Mexico

Good location and nicely furnished. The only issues were the toilet because the lid would not stay back when males use it properly and the need for blackout curtains for bedroom due to the extremely bright night lights from the adjacent units

What a great visit! The only “unfortunate” thing was that the jellyfish were everywhere this week so we weren’t able to get in the gulf waters as much as we would have liked, but the town, atmosphere, entertainment and food were TOP NOTCH! Planing on returning!

Amazing view

Absolutely perfect! This was our first time staying in South Padre Island, and it couldn’t have been better. The condo is cozy and beautifully updated with all the essentials for a beach vacation. The view is breathtaking—180 degrees of stunning beach scenery right from the living room! The best part was the easy, direct access to the beach, just steps away. It was also our dogs’ first time experiencing the beach, and they absolutely loved it! If you’re looking for a peaceful, beachside escape, this place is a gem. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Ocean View

Perfect location...easy to get in and out of. The garage does not have many spaces, but I didn't have any issues parking in front of the building. We got there on the tail end of Hurricane Francine and the waves were awesome. There was tar on the beach but plenty of cleaning supplies. The best thing is to wear old shoes on the beach and leave them outside the condo. The wife and I had a great time.

Location Location Location

This is our third year in a row to stay at the Florence 1. It’s located on the north part of the island which we find is less crowded and has a nice chill vibe, but is still within walking distance to wanna wanna and close to sea turtle Inc and the nature trail. The unit is on the 5th floor which gave us a great view of the beach and stunning sunrises every morning. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and our two college guys crashed on the sleeper sofa and the bunk beds. We had no trouble managing with one bathroom as our guys tend to be on their own sleep schedule. The unit is updated and had everything we needed including an umbrella and chairs for the beach. It also had a blender which was a plus. The building has a lap pool and a hot tub which I really enjoyed and a boardwalk which takes you directly onto the beach. The boardwalk has several shower stations as well. I can’t stress enough how beautiful the views are from the units balcony. You are so close to the beach and views are unobstructed looking in all directions. I never missed a sunrise. It’s an older building, but well maintained. They cleaned the pool and hot tub daily. The unit appears to have been recently updated as well. The only issue we had was the microwave going out, but it was replaced during our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Little Gem!

This property is a perfect location and perfect size for a family of 4. The unit has everything you could need including things you didn't think of. The view of the beach from the balcony is priceless! We'll be back!

Amazing Spot!

This was my first time staying in this condo and I will definitely be back next year! Very clean and well stocked condo with a view that cannot be beat. Easy access to the beach and the staff keeps the building running and looking good.

Great Get Away!

The condo we rented was very convenient being right on the beach. The only complaint we have is the property manager does not communicate very well. The first day, right when we got there the toliet wouldn't fill up with water when we flushed it. We called her and she said she would send over someone. I asked her to call me before he was coming because we just unloaded the car and were going to buy groceries. She did not call and let us know anything. When we got back he was in our condo. We didn't much care for that. One night there were some storms and we were without power for about 20 hours. She couldn't help what happened with the storms but she could have kept us a little informed. But we never heard anything from her. We got our info from people we saw working on the power lines. Also the shower head definitely needs to be replaced. It only worked on the small hard setting. If we turned it to another setting it shot out everywhere. The closet doors are broken or need repaired in the bedroom. We couldn't hardly get them to open or shut, it was like the plastic on the edge of the doors needed some work. Inside the condo was a paper with a picture of a remote to work the TV but we never found that remote. The TV said it had Spectrum which I assume is a type of cable. We never got it to work at all. So If you go there make sure to have your logins for streaming if you want to watch TV.

Just as good as last year!

This is our second time at this property and it did not disappoint! The beach front location cannot be beat. The patio five stories up all but eliminated any distracting noise, except the waves! We are looking forward to booking next year. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious.

Nice Condo, But...

The condo and location were wonderful. However, the interactions with the Host were not great. The in-house instructions for the wifi were wrong. Phone call to Host got the corrected info. She blamed the error on the maid. Several non-working items were reported but never fixed. (ice-maker, night stand lamp, slow filling toilet) A repair person for the toilet was promised but never showed. No follow-up to check if problems were resolved. Would have to classify the Host as "non-responsive".
