Private Seaside Cottage "Calivi By The Sea"

Welcome to our traditional Greek seaside cottage in beautiful Livadi Beach minutes from the climbing and hiking scene of Leonidio. This picturesque cottage is set on an agricultural olive tree lot that offers direct access to the Aegean Argolic Gulf. Our home has a private driveway, outdoor patio and sleeps 4 (one Master loft bedroom plus a main floor sofa bed). Amenities include full kitchen, full bathroom, work station, large enclosed outdoor shower and recreational gear landing area.

From the living area a spiral staircase leads to a bedroom loft with a new IKEA queen bed with medium firm mattress, a full-size dresser, end tables and a ceiling hung 43" Samsung Smart television. There is also a full size couch on main floor that converts to a full-size bed along with a wall mount television and sitting area. Guests can cast media from their electronic devices to this television via the included High Speed internet connection. The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, stovetop/oven, refrigerator, dining table, electric water kettle, automatic drip and french press coffee maker, juicer/blender, and utensils and cookware to meet all your cooking needs. There is no microwave. The Bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and compact washing machine. The outdoor shower has a privacy enclosure with a small bench and 2 shower heads, one has both hot and cold water and one is cold water only. The outdoor gear landing has fresh water hose, hooks for outdoor water and/or hiking gear cleaning and storage.

1. The road leading to the cabin requires that guest vehicles travel under a small bridge. This bridge is narrow and large SUV's or trucks may not be able to pass through. The bridge dimensions are 2.20m height & 2.50m width. There are signs at the bridge pointing to the property titled "Calivi By the Sea Rental".

2. Livadi Beach access from the cabin requires that guests walk along a short wet retaining wall area.

3. Television

The Living room television is a Samsung 32" equipped with a G00gle Chromecast Device that allows you to cast media from your electronic devices to the television via Bluetooth.
If you wish to watch your streaming services or other media on this television, you will need to follow these instructions:

1. Download the G00gle Home App on your mobile device or tablet.

2. Set up Chromecast by following the Chromecast setup instructions in the App.

3. Cast Content to the Television.
