"I have been staying at this property for about 3-4 years now. I book my vacations around this property being available. That’s how nice and excellent this property is. Randy and his family have been awesome with any request and/ responding to messages. They are always available to contact. The staff are also awesome and attentive. It’s close to everything you need but also distant enough if you just want to relax. The beach is close by. I highly recommend this property. Nothing negative to say...

"The unit was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions. The view to the pool was amazing and the staff at the Rizz were respectful and accommodating. The bed was comfy and will definitely stay at the Rizz again."

"The apartment was clean, but it is on the ground floor (not clearly advertised). Very cozy, well-maintained backyard/garden with a decent-sized swimming pool. Very convenient location, walking distance to the supermarket, beach, tennis school, and restaurants. We recommend this apartment for a short stay only, as the kitchen is equipped with the bare minimum of kitchenware."
