The Cofresí needs to be remodeled. It is older looking and the room did not have hot water or AC. In order to eat at any of the other restaurants other than the buffet you have to wait on a line from 9am-11am to see if there is any availability for reservations. Senator Puerto Plata
The front desk staff is mean, unhelpful and dismissive. The rest of the staff is lovely. The rooms have a smell of mold or some other unpleasant smell. I nearly got asthma after two nights. I would not return due to management/front desk staff and the mold/odor situation.

Santa Fe Club
Room was clean Staff friendly but the communication is you request something from the room don’t get delivered. Hot tub fine Pool amazing no complaints

We had a wonderful experience especially with the staff and owner of the property. We met amazing people and the views were incredible. Definitely a great place to stay!
