"Vu sur le parking alors que chambre vue mer réservée et payée. L’hôtel n’a pas voulu nous changer de chambre. Ma climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Accès à la plage très compliqué avec énormément de marche (surtout avec des enfants en bas âge). Personnel parlant peu anglais (et encore moins français). ..."
