"What a fantastic place to stay. The house was immaculately clean and very well kitted out. The food left in the fridge for us was an unexpected treat.The lights in one of the top floor bedrooms weren’t working when we arrived and although the owners did their best to get them repaired as quickly as they could it did take a few days. "We had a lovely few days stay. Everything you need is in the kitchen, even as far as washing powder. The cottage is old so the stairs creak a bit but thats only to be expected. Beds comfortable as well as the sofas. It is a dog friendly cottage even supplying the dog bowls. The only thing we found is you have to drive to the beach to walk the dog as we didnt feel comfortable walking along the lanes."

"Perfect for our visit. In the area for a wedding and it really filled the bill for my wife, myself, our son and daughter and our young granddaughter. Co-op store across the street. Coffee and bakery 50 feet away. Pub with meal service 500 feet up the lane. Comfortable, large, well equipped, and charming. Will stay again at the next opportunity. Great communication with the owner and easy access to the property. "

"We found the directions from the M5 complicated. We found that is was far easier to drive via Wedmore. The frying pan was a disaster. We did not know how to operate the cv. Calling the owner did not help as he doesn't understand that things work different on the continent. His explanations made me even more confused. The same as the shower did not work. We stopped ringing him"

"Lovely cabin/lodge with everything you would need to properly self cater. It is very comfortable and clean with lovely views. There is the option to walk into Minehead roughly 15-20 minutes. Also you can drive into nearby Dunster and Lynton and Lynmouth. We had a great few days and would happily revisit. "
