"The keep is situated on the edge of Yeovil town centre. It has a fairly compact car park through an arch which is enough for around 7 cars. Other than breakfast time there are no staff on site but they are readily available via phone or intercom. I am happy to say this was one of the better hotels i have stayed in and as i work on the road that is certainly a statement in itself. "Graham met us on arrival at the Old Manor House and helped us set up the EV charging for our car. A bit easier than feeding the horses when this was the Kings Arms Coaching Inn and an important stage coach stop. "The staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough to ensure our stay was comfortable. Our room was spacious clean and exactly like advertised on the web site. Everything was very clean. Bathroom and shower etc very good and spotless. We dined at the Indian restaurant next door the food was excellent and the service friendly and professional. Ths only sad thing was the little coffee shop is no longer there but I understand why. "

"What an absolute treat The Red Lion is. I went of pervious reviews and it didn’t disappoint. In fact it exceeded my expectations, what a gem of a place. The Staff were simple amazing, David and Jasmine were fantastic and always on hand of we needed anything. The rooms are so comfortable and modern, the Breakfast was fabulous and the food in the pub was outstanding. My only problem is that I won't have the homemade biscuits that were in the room, tonight with my cuppa tea when i am at home."

"Our hosts Sarah & Andy could not have been more welcoming - absolutely wonderful, friendly people who went out of their way to look after us. English breakfast was superb with fresh #Farm local eggs & all the trimmings. Lovely to hear owls hoot at night & bird song in the morning. The night skies full of stars. Our room & shower were spotless! Well done 🙌"

"The staff was so lovely. I travelled into Yeovil for an interview and was late to check in due to train delays but they made sure to leave clear and concise instructions on how to access my room. The beds were so comfortable. They were very kind to let me check out 30 mins later because of my interview time. They were excellent and I would recommend them again and I will be sure to visit again❤️ It was a pleasure. Probably my favourite thing about being in Yeovil❤️"
