Ski In/Ski Out - Newly Remodeled

Welcome to this beautiful newly renovated Ski/Bike In/Out condo in Mountain Lodge, steps away from the Ballhooter lift! The condo is directly adjacent to the Snowshoe Village with all the restaurants, bars, stores, Split Rock Pools, and other attractions nearby. Our condo is equipped with everything you need. The space is warm and inviting with a lot of unique touches. Our mission is to ensure you enjoy your experience on the mountain, and we are only an email away, so don’t hesitate to reach out.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo was recently remodeled with LVP flooring, appliances, fresh paint, new Casper mattresses and more.

This condo unit offers:
- High speed internet
- Kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, regular drip coffee machine, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, pots/pans and everything else you need for cooking
- Bedroom 1 has 1 (one) King size bed, ceiling fan, Roku smart TV, a closet, and a full bathroom with a combination of tub and shower
- Bedroom 2 has 1 (one) King bed, 1 (one) twin bunk bed, ceiling fan, Roku smart TV, and a closet
- There is an additional full bathroom in the hallway with a combination of tub and shower
- Living Room has a queen sleeping sofa, and Roku smart TV
- Dining room: there are bar stools with a spacious kitchen island
- TVs: there is a Roku smart TV in every room. With Roku TVs you can login to your own streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.
- All linen for beds and towels for each registered guest is included. Initial essential items such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and dish soap are included to kick off your stay. Additional items are available at the front desk, if needed.
- Stays of 4 nights or more are eligible to get a full linen refresh at no additional charge.
- Private Parking - as space allows, 2 free parking spots are provided for passenger vehicles starting 5pm on the day of check in. During peak time, if there is not enough parking in the Mountain Lodge parking lot, there is close by overflow parking (at the "Top of the World" parking lot), which is accessible via the Snowshoe Resort shuttle
- Portable AC unit (there is no central AC in the condo, but it doesn’t get too hot on the mountain and there are fans in every room)

NO PETS. NO SMOKING. NO BIKES allowed in the condo. Smoking is not permitted on Mountain Lodge balconies or within 25 feet of the building. (you can rent a bike locker from Mountain Lodge front desk or use the free bike shed). $300 Association fine for violations will be passed to renters.

- Full gym with the best views on the mountain
- Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, skiing, biking, hiking and other entertainment
- Two restaurants on the bottom level of Mountain Lodge (See Snowshoe’s website for hours & availability)
- Snowshoe’s Kids World activities take place in Mt. Lodge, and parents are welcome to visit the Parent Zone. There is a viewing area of the new teaching terrain on Mountain Lodge Lawn, and you can grab a bite at the Basin for lunch (Basin is the day lodge on the mountain)
- On site maintenance staff and guest service front desk
- Cell service is limited due to the National Radio Quiet Zone. AT&T is the best service provider. Verizon\T-Mobile seem to operate just as well. However, you will have a landline phone inside the condo too.

-Snowshoe’s Split Rock Pools and hot tubs are next door, directly across from our parking lot and the Allegheny Springs entrance/exit. You must reserve tickets separately to access from Snowshoe Resort (See Snowshoe’s website for hours and availability)
-Waffle Cabin is located directly outside the Ballhooter entrance/exit (See Snowshoe’s website for hours and availability)
-Wildcat Provisions is a short walk from Mtn Lodge in the case that guests need to purchase any food, quick supplies or toiletries that cannot be purchased at the front desk (See Snowshoe’s website for hours and availability)
-Snowshoe Resort Shuttle picks up and drops off at Mtn Lodge’s interest should guests wish to visit other areas of the mountain like Silver Creek

Great Location for Snowboarding/Skiing

Updated interior which was nice with overall clean space. Best part was close location to Ballhooter Lift as well as short walk (3 mins or so) to village. Our internet was somewhat unreliable during our stay however where only certain apps could be accessed, better internet service at the gym or in the Village.

Great place to stay

The largest of my Mtn Lodge rentals thus far…it was very spacious, updated and a pleasant stay. Very quiet as it’s towards the end of the hall…a bonus! Only thing I would change are the mattresses on the bunk beds. Other than that…perfect and would book this unit again! Host was also great and very communicative!

Excellent location!

The perfect ski in/ski out place to stay. Tons of kitchen appliances but lacking in areas. Knifes need to be updated, kitchen scissors don’t cut, no cooking oil or spray and only salt and pepper available. If you’re looking for place to stay it works but bring some extra things with you! The best thing about this stay is the location to ski.

123 is on the first floor near the slope and village access. We were able to easily ski/board in and out multiple times daily. The unit was very nicely updated and had everything we needed!

Wedding trip

We were here for four nights to attend our niece’s wedding. Everything was fine but since it was the off season most everything in the mountain was closed. I think it would be great to be back during the ski season.

Easy location for ski in/out at Ballhooter lift, and for getting to the village via short walk. Comfortable. No surprises. I would stay here again.

Great location

Can’t beat the location of this unit especially when lugging skis. Updates were very nice. Plenty of dishes and things for cooking. Fridge is smaller so if you stay for a week and bring lots of food you may have trouble fitting it all in the fridge. A few more hooks at the front door would be helpful for ski gear. 100 percent recommend this unit and the owner was quick to respond to tiny issues we encountered that required maintenance to help out.

Awesome Rental!

This unit was wonderful. The Mountain Lodge in general is a great place to stay in Snowshoe, as it has very accommodating staff, food, and activities all available without even leaving the building. The parking is great and there is pull up space to load/unload your car very close to this particular unit. The unit itself has everything you could ask for: a clean, updated, and fully stocked kitchen; plenty of comfortable beds and sleeping accommodations; and a great location within the building itself. The location of this unit is steps from the ski in/out entrance for the Ballhooter lift and Skidder slopes which makes both skiing and getting to any lessons very easy. It is also only a 2-3 minute walk into the Village for easy access to restaurants, the ice cream shop, stores, and picking up/dropping off rental equipment. The host was very responsive and helpful, and we loved Snowshoe and all it had to offer!
