Enclave 312 | Ski-In/Ski-Out Condo, Top Floor w/ Hot Tub, Gym and Out Door Pool in Snowmass

This top-floor, cozy slope-side condo features vaulted ceilings, modern decor, and an open floor plan that conveniently combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining table accommodates six guests and is adjacent to the main living room, which features a wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and large windows with beautiful mountain views. Guests will also enjoy the furnished outdoor patio equipped with a gas grill and views of the Elk Camp Gondola.

This condominium provides two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a TV, and a beautiful en suite bathroom—the primary bedroom also has access to the balcony. The second bedroom features a queen bed and an en suite bathroom.

This rental is located on the 3rd floor. Guests will access the third floor via an elevator in the newly renovated arrival center.

The Enclave is perfectly positioned on Assay Hill between the Elk Camp Gondola and Assay Hill chairlift, with ski-in/ski-out access to spectacular ski runs.** The property boasts an outstanding array of on-site amenities, including a shared outdoor heated pool, a hot tub, elevator access, and private ski lockers. Guests of The Enclave can take the complimentary shuttle to Snowmass Village (Base Village or Upper Village) to access other lifts, world-class restaurants, shops, and other events and activities.

**The Enclave offers ski storage on the unit patios of first-floor condos. Second- and third-floor guests can access ski lockers in a centrally located hallway between buildings 2 and 3. When tenants exit the center hallway, they may ski down to the Assay Hill chairlift, which will take them to the midway gondola station. They may ski down to Base Village or take the gondola up the mountain. Alternatively, many guests exit the center hallway, climb ~100 feet of stairs, and ski directly down to Base Village.

Parking notes: Parking is limited; only one pass is provided per reservation and will be provided upon check-in via the front desk. All vehicles must be registered with the front desk and have a parking permit displayed on the dash.

Nicely remodeled.

Nicely remodeled. Kitchen was stocked pretty well. No food stocks in kitchen like olive oil and basics. Getting luggage into the unit is a bit of a maze. Grocery carts for luggage. Up one elevator, across pool deck, up another elevator, down three stairs.

Great location, large unit, not much else.

The stay was a bit of a disappointment. First, the positives... unit was large and nice, location was very central and housekeeping was very good. Now the negatives… the property was a real mess. A bit of that was the construction and I do think we should’ve received some kind of credit for that. But I think most of it was a severe lack of maintenance. Here’s an example… yes, the property is right off the slopes but the very long flight of steps up to the slopes are covered in snow and ice and barely maintained creating an extremely dangerous situation. Even more frustrating was the fact that every time we went to the front office there were at least two staff members just relaxing on the couch. They could’ve easily been shoveling those steps, or salting the ice covered driveway area both of which were a huge hazard. More frustrations…1) when we checked in, we were not given a ski locker key, which just meant more trecks in ski boots over ice covered steps. 2) this is the driest climate on earth, why not just provide humidifiers for each room rather than making a guest ask for it? 3) why provide the incorrect Wi-Fi information in multiple places and force gas to come to the office to get the correct one? Overall it was fine but to pay nearly 12k for a week, I was expecting a lot more. We will not be returning.

Great Place, not stocked.

The check in staff, extremely great. Gave us an extra parking spot, even though there is lots of construction with limited parking. Shuttle drivers were super friendly and helpful. There are several sets of stairs. You take one elevator to level 1, then walk across the pool deck and take another elevator to the unit on the 3rd floor. There are several sets of stairs throughout the entire development, each with three to five steps. The Ski in/out options are good....you can either climb about 20 steps to the Funnel trail and ski down to Gondola, OR you can skip the steps and walk about 20 yards to the Assay Hill green trail and ski down to a lift chair which will take you to Mid -Gondola. As for the Condo, very updated, clean, comfortable. Maid service everyday. The kitchen literally was stocked with nothing except coffee filters. Plenty of dishes, glasses and eating utensils but, the pots and pans were very limited. Could have used maybe more than ONE frying pan. NO salt, pepper, sugar, or any other spice. NO plastic wrap, aluminum foil, or baggies......Really disappointing considering the premium price paid for this 2 bedroom unit. Paper towels, dish towels and dish washing soap were provided. I have stayed at plenty of rentals where people leave stuff behind or the owners stock a little. I understand people can be weird about using other people's things, so get your own. An awesome ski in, ski out unit, JUST BRING ALL YOUR KITCHEN SUPPLIES .

Wonderful property with great access to skiing. My only complaint is that the twin/full bed listed is a trundle bed with a low quality mattress.

Great location, hot tub and kitchen

This property worked well for our group; it was a comfortable size, has lots of natural light, and is conveniently located. Those who are not fit, not used to the altitude or not used to tromping around in ski boots should be aware that there are lots of stairs; 3 flights to get from your car up to the elevator, and then lots of short stairs to get from elevator to the various units, as well as a long and icy staircase to walk from ski locker to the slope. The kitchen was very large and well appointed, however there were no basic supplies such as salt/pepper or olive oil. The hot tub and pool are beautiful; nestled in the hill side with trees all around. There is only one parking spot, and very limited guest parking. Overall, it is clean, beautiful with lots of amenities and in a great location. 4 stars due to the stairs and lack of guest parking.

Last minute ski vacation

Was looking for a condo to social distance and get a couple days on the slopes. Resorts closer to denver did not have any available lift tickets so we decided to make the drive to snowmass. No question, worth the drive. Good location, ski in/out. Cooked or ordered delivery and felt very safe. Condo was very clean and Family stayed healthy. Would definitely stay again. Zac
