Reserved a non smoking room, but the room smelled like cigarette smoke and there was NOT a no smoking sign on our door like the room numbers higher then ours."

"We arrived super late the first night of our stay. There wasn’t anywhere else to stay or we would have left. The floor was literally about to fall in on half our room. We stayed in room 324 and there was so much movement in the floor at the second door to bathroom closest to HVAC unit in bathroom and bedroom that it had broke the tile threshold and all the grout out of the tiles in bathroom. The front desk man even came over and helped me fill up our water bottles with a pitcher at the water fountain while I was juggling them with my baby. Whole experience was great and would stay again"
