"The location from outside not look that good and was lucky to have one parking spot avilable. Room very clean as well as washroom,look like been totally renovated. There is no front desk,everything done by codes for main entry door and your room once you check-in. Only negative concerns, that heater Knob was broken and we was unable to reduce room temperature, ended up by sleeping and keep window open,I already called the hotel staff but couldn't help."

"Useful location and easy to find with free parking. Lobby was nice - open only to 11 pm though. We had a quad room for a family of 4 - forgot to request that 2 beds be put together so all had singles which was fine but should have thought to ask. Good size bathroom. Didn’t have time to use fitness center but looked nice. Breakfast (included) was fantastic."

"My wife and I had a great 2 night stay. Everything was very easy and straight forward. The rooms were comfortable and peaceful next to the beautiful lake. We arrived on June 18th and whoever the young lady was at reception that morning was extremely helpful, professional and super accommodating. I wish I remembered her name because she made a very very long flight worth it by allowing us to check in a little early to get rest before exploring Iceland. "The room was clean, comfortable and roomy. I loved having a TV at the end of our 10 day road trip in Iceland to help transition back to ordinary life. (Besides, we watched the FIFA soccer game between the USA and Australia). I was disappointed with the fact that there was no breakfast offered even though it says there is on the website and even shows tantalizing pictures of food. I felt that was very deceptive on their part. They need to update their website to be more honest."
