"The location at the edge of Bansko is nice and quiet with nature all around. The only down side is that the walls have no soundproofing so you can hear your neighbours conversations quite clearly."

"Nice hotel, got a free upgrade on arrival. They don’t offer couples massage but managed to find another masseuse to accommodate our request. Spa facilities were good. Good value for money, would stay again if we went back for the skiing. "

Staff generally polite and helpful. Room facilities like safe and fridge were welcome. However we would have liked to have had ordinary (black) tea and milk in the room and maybe hot chocolate sachets and a coffee...
