"La relación calidad-precio inmejorable. La cocina del apartamento no la utilizamos porque reservamos media-pensión. El desayuno y la cena estaba bastante bien y con variedad. La sauna, baño de vapor y piscina completamente gratuito. También había gimnasio aunque no lo usamos. Nos gustó también que aunque está cerca del centro, está algo apartado por lo que es muy tranquilo. El personal tanto del comedor como en la recepción encantadores."

"Upon checking in after all days travel we were told that we had only booking for 4 guest where we had 5 guests booked with Expedia, then we were told that we only paid 50% of the total amount. We all including 2 very tired you d children waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes before the manager came and sorted it out. Room shower and radiator leaked and we were asked to check other rooms by handing us the key to several rooms on different floors to see if we like any other room to mover to ....

"The rooms need an upgrade. Smell bad, the towels are so used or bad washing machine. The spa is excellent and makes all money paid. We get a ticket for parking on front of the hotel. The receptionist said the parking is not free but didn’t mention we gonna get a fine if we leave the car there. We left one day earlier, but no refund or credit for that. "I stay in a one bed apartment and was thankful for the air-conditioning as it was hot outside. Plenty of room for one person and there was a view of the mountain from the windows. "The host owners were excellent, always helpful and good attitude with our questions and requests for meals, sauna, jacuzzi etc. We enjoyed the nye party they hosted with other guests. "Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!"
