"We wanted a traditional Japanese hotel in a small onsen town and this hotel is just that. Beautiful location right on the river. I recommend upgrading to private onsen. The public and private ones are always in use."

"Location was great. Price reasonable and very clean. Fully equipped with everything you need. The one inconvenience is that keeps me from giving 5 stars was that there was no one to call when you need anything, even if you place a request on their portal. They don’t deliver unless you’re staying ..."
