"Our family had a wonderful stay at Three Pines. The house was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed and had a lot of extras that most vacation rentals don’t have. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with brand new appliances and cookware! We loved the large couches in the living rooms for hanging out together. The beds were comfortable. "A great cabin, as advertised. Beautiful location onAu Train river. Stairs which are steep and narrow and the sulfur smell in the tap water took a little getting used to but worked out fine. Would come back again if we're in the area. "

"We were very impressed with how clean and well stocked the house was. The location of the house was perfect for seeing the attractions. When we needed Dan he came right over to help. The yard was big and and the landscaping gave our dogs boundaries. Would not hesitate to recommend this house."

"Great location. Big for a 2-bedroom place—Probably 1200 sq ft. Perfectly positioned for views of Lake Superior across a rolling green lawn. We saw the aurora borealis from the front deck!"

"This was our first trip to the UP and with 3 kids and a large dog, we don’t travel light. I was a little worried not having a big discount store nearby but all that stress melted away when we arrived and all the little things were already waiting for us- from soap to dog dishes to marshmallows to extra TP, the house was fully stocked. "This cabin is great. Very clean and nice furnishings. The primary bedroom is a loft so it is open to below. The property is vast and there are no neighbors anywhere around, but it is still only 15 minutes drive to get into Munising and it is very close to all of the hiking and waterfalls in the area. Highly recommend it. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay! The home is within walking/biking distance of everything including the beach. The house had everything we needed, was pet friendly and spacious for all of us. We met Dan, who was also so kind to speak with. Will absolutely stay again. "

"Very remote house offering quiet getaway. No A/C was a challenge as the weather for August was much warmer than usual. However, that was the only negative. The house is beautiful, easily slept 4 adults and 2 kids, the private lake was filled with small mouth bass to catch & release, the beds were nice and firm, kitchen was filled with everything you need to cook, wifi was strong. Lovely house!"
