"Es un hotel típico japonés , la comida deliciosas y además con la llave q te dan puedes ir a todos los onsen del pueblo. Independientemente de eso, todo el personal fue súper amable, unos hablaban más inglés q otros pero fueron muy pacientes con nuestro poco japonés y nos enseñaron nuevas palabras. "The guy that looked after us, Satoshi, was really nice and very accommodating- he didn't speak english and we didnt speak Japanese but we got by. It was end of season and very quiet feeling like we had the place to ourselves. It was clean and immaculate. The breakfast was beautifully presented and ample. He met uas at the station and dropped us off as well as taking us elsewhere as and when needed. A really good experience and we would return."

"This property was as traditional as it gets. Two Onsens to bath in. Each have separate times for men and women. Provide multicourse dinner that was as traditional as you can get. "Enjoyed overall stay. The room is great. Hot springs are awesome. Vegan options for the food could be better. Make sure to check that kids are included when receiving confirmation. We didn’t and have to pay 1/4 more and it was already expensive. I checked the price online for four of us and it was exactly as we paid while booking but the confirmation letter didn’t include kids so we have to pay anyways. Otherwise happy with stay."

The staff were amazingly attentive and helpful, provided transport for us to see the monkey park and get us back to town in time for our train back.
