"Great location for subway, JR, & Shinjuku. Spacious rooms for Tokyo standard, quite clean & good condition, loved the balcony! Had a comfortable stay but front desk was disorganised on the morning we wanted to check out & queue was disorderly. Apart from this our stay was great. One staff member helpfully arranged our suitcases to be shipped to our next hotel which was very easy & convenient. Would recommend."

"Very nice location. Not a five star hotel but comfortable enough. We stayed her mostly for the convenience of being near the station, food, shops and the heart of shinjuku. Rooms could be updated but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the rooms. Bathrooms are nice and updated. Would stay again. "

"The hotel was clean but aged, spacious for hotels in Tokyo. Great location as it’s close to metro but not too close to crowded areas. Japanese staffs were polite, friendly and professional as usual. However there are rooms for the rest to improve on. "

"The staff at Hyatt Regency Tokyo were warm and friendly, and the check-in process was efficient. The room is spacious and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of both Western and Japanese options. There is also a convenient store located in the basement just outside the building. Additionally, we took the Airport Limousine Bus directly from the hotel entrance to Narita International Airport, which was extremely convenient. If...

"I appreciated the easy check in and out that this property offered, and the quieter (yet central) location in Nishi Shinjuku. There were great amenities nearby and located not far from the Nishi-Shinjuku station made transportation easy. We also appreciated the large and lively central park across the street. Lots of green space in the middle of a big city. "

"The hotel looks lovely from the outside and lobby but the rooms feel very stuffy and the bathroom didn’t feel clean. Staff did not communicate well in English and the breakfast was the same every day and not very good. I felt for the cost we paid wasn’t really worth it. We spent 5 nights with another couple and tbey felt the same as we did. The location is very central to the shops and restaurants. The Lobby bar was also very nice with good service. "
