On day three, I called the front desk because I had no clean towels and the trash was overflowing and they told me “our policy is to clean rooms every day, however, to insure a visit from housekeeping, guests must call each day and specifically request one.” That is absurd. Half of the electronics charging ports did not work. The TV remote stopped working in the evening, replacement remote/batteries were not...

"Everything was clean and nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small though. It was made for 4, but with just the 3 of us it was a little crowded. The location was good (located between an express stop and a local stop on the train, as well as near a bus stop."
