"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"The staff was great, very helpful and willing to help with an issue if it came up. The environment is clean and well maintained. The room was on the smaller side but had everything needed. Lots of closet space to hang clothing.. The bathroom is huge. Lots of storage and counter space.. we will certainly return as we are frequently in NY..specifically Brooklyn."

"The staff on check-in wasn’t the best, social skills were at an all time low, but the guy at the evening was great, would’ve been good to know that if you’re out the room for longer than 4 hours you’ll need to get your room key replaced as it auto locks I for one didn’t know that, also I use the breakfast"

Pool was very cloudy but the hot tub was ok. Limited nearby restaurants or places to visit. Ice machines were broken in multiple floors. Went to 3 different floors to find one. Overall 2/5 starts."
