"this is a wonderful hotel, a hidden gem just outside the town, but a pleasant walk via its gardens. it has a super pool, often we were the only ones using it. the food was really good, staff friendly and helpful. a lovely place to stay."

"Excellent hotel,room was beautiful with garden terrace. Breakfast was very good especially the omelette thats a must.nothing was too much trouble. The hosts where lovely. I could go on all day writing good reviews but i need to learn how to make that omelette it was out of this world my hubby addicted. "

"The location was great because it’s not too far from the beach but it’s much quieter than the places on Belgrave Road. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast was great with nice quality sausage and bacon. Hosts are very welcoming. "

"Das Hotel, dass Personal, das Essen und die Umgebung sind alle fantastisch! Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und werden definitiv wiederkommen! Dieses Juwel muss man einfach weiterempfehlen! 5 Sterne sind eigentlich zu wenig!!!"

"Stayed for one night on the way home with the family. Lovely place, very clean and welcoming. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Just a few minutes walk from the Downs. Beds were very comfortable and the shower room was spotless. "

"Lovely luxury b&b in Torquay. Room had everything we needed and more. Breakfasts are ordered the night before to save on wastage which is understandable. Owners were lovely and available if needed as there isn't a front desk. Will definitely visit again when coming to Torquay."

"This place is immaculate and the owners Ray and Paula are fantastic hosts. The breakfast was fabulous. It has our highest recommendation if you are staying in Torquay do yourself a favour and book here!"

"We stayed overnight as we drove along the coast in summer. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable with everything we needed. Our hosts were marvellous. They ensured we had everything we needed and gave recommendations for the local area. We enjoyed having a chat with them in the evening and would happily recommend their beautiful place as a great place to stay."

"We loved our brief stay here. The staff were very friendly & the rooms were comfortable & clean. Very nice breakfast served with plenty of choice too. 5-10 walk to the sea, cannot fault a thing. If we visit Torquay again we’ll stay here. "

"A decent hotel with good, spacious rooms for a family of four. The staff were lovely and the breakfast options were great. My children especially enjoyed being able to make their own waffles with Nutella. We had a great stay."

"Wonderfully warm welcome and Den is such a good host. Really First Class accommodation and breakfast. Everything and everywhere spotless and tasteful and very comfortable. This is our 3rd visit and we look forward to returning."
