Welcome to The Majestic! This stunning 3,080 sqft, eight-bedroom, four-story cabin comfortably sleeps 22 guests. Situated on a mountain ridge top just five miles from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, guests enjoy breathtaking views of Mt. LeConte from multiple decks and the outdoor fire pit area. The cabin features access to a seasonal resort pool, expansive level parking, and a picnic area with a fire pit, charcoal grill, and picnic table — perfect for family getaways or group retreats.

Main Level:
The main level includes the living room, kitchen, dining area, half bathroom, and deck.

The living room invites guests to relax on three leather sofas arranged around a gas fireplace and a large HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped with two dishwashers, a full refrigerator, stove, and two extra mini refrigerators for added convenience. Seating includes a kitchen island bar and a family dining table with 16 chairs. Step out onto the deck to enjoy mountain views while rocking in one of the many rockers.

Upper Level:
This level features the home theater, game area, and loft sleeping area.

Watch your favorite shows or movies in the home theater room, which has 16 stadium-style seats facing a 116-inch projection screen with Netflix access. The adjacent game area offers a pool table, air hockey, foosball, and plenty of stools for spectators. The loft sleeping area includes three queen beds, ideal for kids or additional guests.

Lower Level 1:
Here you’ll find four bedrooms, a washer and dryer, and deck access from two bedrooms.

Each bedroom includes a king bed, large flat-screen HDTV, and a private bathroom with a shower. The hall closet houses a washer and dryer for guest convenience. Two bedrooms open to a deck with rocking chairs.

Lower Level 2:
The lowest level features four more bedrooms, a hot tub, additional deck seating, and washer/dryer.

All bedrooms on this level come with king beds, HDTVs, and private bathrooms. Two bedrooms provide access to the deck, where you can unwind in the hot tub or enjoy the outdoor seating area.

Pleasant stay

Our family of 18 stayed over a long weekend. There was plenty of room for all of us. The cabin was in decent condition when we arrived. A few things were broken but they did not affect our stay. It was raining while we were there, but we were able to stay entertained in the game area until it stopped. Overall a good experience and would rent again.Please keep in mind there are no bedrooms on the main level and lots of stairs if you have anyone traveling with you that cannot navigate stairs.

The Majestic was as described! The views were amazing from every window. The place was very spacious and lots of parking spaces. Would go back and stay there again!

Nice location. Could use a management walk through

Great location for sunrise and mountain view. Lots of spacious rooms. All amenities as described.. A few issues that may be addressed by management walk through. We couldn't enter until two hours after 4pm check-in. Both Jacuzzis were broken (bubbled but wouldn't heat up) and one of the dishwashers wasn't working. No Foosball ball for table. Since it was a short stay of two nights, it wasn't worth it to have them come out when we realized the issues on day 2. For the price, I would hope to have everything working.

Cabin was extremely dirty and most of the items in the cabin were unusable or broken.

To start, the house on VRBO looks much better than what it actually looks like in person, when we first got into the cabin we noticed that there were spiral stair cases going upstairs AND downstairs which wasn’t showed in the pictures on the app, and the stair cases going down were very dangerous to some of the people we had with us. Second, every single bedroom had a strong smell of urine and human waste and all the carpets in the house were dirty, all the shower heads in every bathroom had mold around them. All the towels in every bathroom were dirty, rough, and super old, and we had to purchase our own towels to use. The refrigerator was super old and wasn’t properly working and freezing the food we put in the side that wasn’t the freezer, and the freezer had mold in it (we can provide pictures of the mold if you need it). All of the dishes and cups were all dirty and had to be rewashed. Neither of the 2 dishwashers worked. None of the pots or pans in the house were usable. They were covered in grease, scratches, etc. We had to purchase our own pots and pans to use. The view on the balcony was very nice but once you look down all you see is piles of garbage under the house. The inside of the house was full of dust and spiderwebs as well. We had 2 kids with us and we were specifically looking for a house with games and entertainment but the air hockey table didn’t work at all. The fireplace outside was full of garbage and bottles and took over 4 hours to clean out which was something that should of been done before we arrived, and the area around the fireplace was full of bottles and trash as well. This cabin was definitely not worth the ridiculous amount of money we were charged and we were extremely disappointed with the house to the point to where it ruined our entire stay in Tennessee.
