We really liked the size of the unit we stayed in. The only thing that bothered my husband and I were the steps and being on the lowest level we could hear the noise above us.

Overall it was fine. The location was convenient and close to shopping and entertainment. One negative was that the entire facility lost power the last night. Neighbors above were very loud. Lots of banging and stomping the last night.

Great place to stay that is clean, comfortable, and close to all the local attractions from Dollywood to Pirates Voyage and the main strip. The condo comes fully stocked with kitchen appliances, dishware, washer/dryer, TV’s in every bedroom and living room, a balcony, and more. We would definitely stay here again in the future! The only issues were the location of the closest parking lot for the building we were in (Building 27) is located near the peak of the hill and is very sloped. Be careful getting in and out of your vehicle. In the room the dishwasher was broken but that was a resort issue not Vrbo and we reported it on checkout.

I loved ourbstaybat this property. I do wish there was a way for VRBO to make you aware of what your view will be. Didnt go onto porch because our view was of a busy highway. There was no fireplace which was ok. The only cleaning issue was hair in the shower and a dirty coffee cup in the cabinet. Overall it was a great experience and we would stay again. I willbsay that I did not appreciate the bossiness and rudeness of the lady that gives you your bands. I told her politely 3 times that I was not interested in the "free" gifts because I was not sitting through a presentation. She would not stop. I know that's her job but when I finally told her no is no she basically threw the band to me and ignored my questions after that. And then she had the nerve to say well dont you think your hisband would be interested in the gifts. I just said no I'm not married. Then asked well who are you traveling with. That's when I asked if we were done and walked away.

We so enjoy staying there. We plan a trip every year at the same time and after 5 years we still haven’t seen everything. We love Dollywood and Stampede so it’s always a must. Accommodations were great, perfect for our family, close to everything. No problems checking in, everyone very courteous.
