A perfect location where you are a short drive to the major attractions but nestled in the peace and tranquility of the woods. Property has its own 6 hole putt putt, fire pit, outdoor grill, game room, hot tub and 5 Smart TVs so you can be fully entertained without ever having to leave. Home has outdoor eating area and multiple porches with Adirondack chairs perfect for relaxing with a book or a drink
The space
A brand new one level cabin with top of the line appliances and accommodations. There are 2 bedrooms both with king size beds, closet and smart TVS. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a bathroom located right outside the bedroom door with a shower/tub combo. The game room has a futon, smart TV, full size multi game arcade unit and shuffle board table. The game room has doors leading to the front porch which has a gas barbeque, picnic table and Adirondak chairs. The living room has a pull out queen size sofa and a love seat. There is a gas fire place and smart TV. (Fireplace will only be on during the colder Months (October-March). The kitchen is fully stocked with all basic cookware and dishes. There is a microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker and wine fridge. There is a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer off the kitchen. There is a small covered porch off the kitchen with 2 Adirondak chairs. In the back there is a screened in porch with a sitting area, hot tub and smart TV over looking the backyard. The backyard has a 6 hole mini golf course and gas fire pit with edison lights stung between the trees making it the perfect way to end the day.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house and property except for one small owner's closet. Guests will be given a personalized code to enter the property 48 hours prior to arrival.
Other things to note
There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed inside the cabin.
There are no pets allowed at the property. You will be charged for any damages and cleaning fees associated with non-compliance. There are bears and wildlife in the area. Please be respectful and do not approach or feed any of the animals. There is a bear box located next to the driveway where all garbage should be disposed of. Please make sure box is locked at all times.
