"It was a very disappointing stay. upon arrival they did not have our reservation, desk clerk could not address the situation and he had to call India to have them handle the matter. Learned that two weeks prior the property had been taken over by another firm.
When they did find the reservation they advised it was for five nights when in fact it was for six.
They found a reservation for five nights, i had called back to them and added a sixth night that was booked as a one night reservation....

"Great location with everything you needed. We stayed in the studio room which was plenty of room and clean. Only issue was the air con unit was difficult to turn off from the panel and soon realised there was a light switch by the bathroom (weird wiring) that turned it all off as the room was very cold to start with. Apart from this, it was perfect for a night’s stay. "

"Thr location of this hotel is fantastic. Steps from major attractions and the Underground. The extra space and a kitchen was very nice.
We experienced a similar issue as others. No sheets or covers for the pullout bed. We spent almost an hour chatting with the host to find some only to be allowed to grab some from another room.
We also had some issues with cleanliness. The drain in the shower was pulled out and full of hair. The dish rack was dirty, etc. Just made you question the...

"The front desk arrival was unique as it co located with a cute café. The staff was very helpful and our room was perfect for our group (2 couples and 1 child). The neighborhood was clean and convenient for sightseeing. To top it off we had spectacular view from our room on the top floor!"
