"The star was amazing and very kind and anything you needed you got right away! My Spanish was poor and I apologize and even then it didn't matter. There was one instance I came back from the hot spring and needed a towel, I didn't even say anything and someone I believe Dorian I think his name was came out of nowhere to give me a towel. Excellent service and people. Beautiful place as well!"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The service was impeccable. I loved the multiple thermal pool option and cold plunge. They even had an infinity pool towards the back of the resort. I loved that they provided an umbrella being that its a rainforest and who would think to pack an umbrella on vacation???
