"So impressed by how they have thought of every little thing to make the stay comfortable. The space is just as described, even the amazing view. I was only there for a weekend, but was so comfortable I could have stayed longer. The host is fabulous."

"Checkin process took 25 minutes. Had to wait for an email, that kept being sent to junk, and then had to upload a picture of my photo id and wait for some remote location to approve my id (10 minutes). Then had to complete multiple forms on a laptop the host had to dig out from a closet. Then had to wait again wait for emails that never arrived to accept more forms. The host was great, the process was an absolute disaster. The checkin process was 25 times longer than the checkin process at...

"We absolutely love it! The sparrows nest studio appointment is so cute and would be the perfect romantic get away for sure...it is definitely not for tall people because the ceiling is so low....im sure the other 2 upstairs units have higher ceilings ..so if you are tall id go with one of the 2 upper units. Check in and check out was really easy . We are definitely gonna stay again."

"This was great maintain cottage and certainly a better experience than a hotel or motel. It is in a nice location, but the road to the place might get your attention. That said... the road to the place is very quiet and private. The place is close to a LOT of interesting sights- like the entrance to Pike Peaks, A few miles from The Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellers and Manitou Springs (lot of shopping). Everything worked as expected in the house. A Walmart is within 5 miles for...

"Literally one of the best places I've rented anywhere in the world and I've been to over 40 countries and countless host type rentals. The attention to detail is second to none and the owner is extremely communicative and friendly. The house is great, good location and the kitchen is stocked as if a chef lives there. On top of that, the mattress in the master (can't speak to the other rooms, I didn't use them) is the best mattress I[ve ever slept on. Loved this house."
