Comfortable recliner couches with cup holders, charging ports and a large screen smart tv. Bring your streaming passwords or use our guest account. Virtual Reality gaming area with an Oculus Quest 2 VR headset. Dedicated work space with docking station, monitor, mouse and keyboard, ethernet port and scenic views. Full sized washer/dryer tower. Spacious king bedroom, and a cozy queen bedroom, each with a smart tv and an adjustable heater. WIFI available throughout the unit for streaming and scrolling. Exclusive use of the outdoor covered patio with BBQ grill, comfortable rocking couches and chairs, propane firepit coffee table, and unique bird and squirrel feeding tree art. Occasionally we are visited by deer, fox, coyote and other wild life.
**Our house has been converted into two different units, with your private guest apartment downstairs and the hosts on the main floors. Your private entrance is located through the gated backyard. The lit pathway from the front yard does have a relatively steep grade to it, but no stairs. Persons with mobility concerns should inquire further prior to booking.** The deck above the guest patio is for the hosts use.
