"Location was relaxing, owner communication was fantastic. House was wonderful, can use a few updates, but what beach house cant. Everything we needed!"

"The beach is a very short walk, or drive, away, and the marsh view is terrific. There are several good restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed the Botany Bay Preserve and the Edisto Beach State Park. The condo is well equipped. Washing and drying our sheets went quickly and smoothly on our departure morning. It helped that we brought our own towels."

"Absolutely loved this house! It was perfect for a long weekend at Edisto Beach. Very soft beds and cozy living room furniture. Great screened in porch and huge open deck. Quick walk to the bike trail and uncrowded beach. The only thing we didn't like about this house was that we don't own it ourselves!!"

"We were in town for our son’s boot camp graduation and had a great stay. The location was perfect for getting to Parris Island and close to shopping and restaurants. The home was just as described and was stocked with everything we needed. We were thankful to be able to bring our dogs too and they really enjoyed the large backyard."

I couldn’t believe the details in every single room, how clean and brand new everything was, the outdoor set up was incredible and perfect for a cookout and swim time! Very quiet, tranquil, and equipped with everything you could possibly need! Alecia was the most responsive host and delightful to work with. Will absolutely come stay again!"

""HAPPY PLACE" was beautiful, clean,and inviting. The location was great! We all loved our stay. We enjoyed the 2 bikes in the shed. The internet had bad reception on check in day. But it had stormed, so that may have caused the trouble. Keep in mind there are steps to get in the home and 1 bedroom is downstairs, all other beds are upstairs. (with the elders they took there time and we were fine) So, if you have problems with stairs it's something to .consider. Other than that very Lovely home. I...
