"We were there for Easter. Everyone and kids showed up for Easter egg hunt but there was no Easter egg hunt. Staff claimed that we missed it! In front of 4 different parents. We all knew it was a lie. We were all there. We didn’t need to check out until later that day but in order to pack and enjoy Easter egg hunt with kids we had to pack up early that morning and load the car. This caused a very disappointed and sad child (for us) I could tell others were in the same boat. We should’ve enjoyed...

"Quaint 1930s hotel with rocking chair porches, and well-appointed rooms. I was pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem. Comes with breakfast, centrally located near beaches, shopping, and attractions. Communication was excellent, and staff was friendly and helpful. Keyless entry was smooth and uncomplicated. Definitely recommend!"

"The room is nice, big space with a living room for a queen bedroom. What i don’t like is the quality of the water in the shower and sink, washing and doing a shower, using a body soap/shower gel. I feel like the soap won’t go away from your skin, getting off from the shower feels like you still have a soap on your skin. Breakfast is just the same everyday.."

It is classy without being pretentious, with a perfect location, it also feels homegrown and sophisticated all at once. "The person in the office was shot and not friendly, the room was ok but the floor was super slick like they do not ringer the disinfectant ( smell) from the floor so when wet very slick. Sheets seemed old and rough. Shower too small to bend over."

"The floors were very sandy. I just checked my credit card and I was charged $200.00 for the pet fee that I was quoted $100.00. Their dog park was full of holes and tall weeds. I asked when they were going to cut the tall weeds and 5 days later the weeds all around the hotel still hadn’t been cut. For a Marriott that place needed a lot of maintenance work inside and outside. The breakfast was okay and the clean up ladies were very nice."

"I found it difficult to use the Keurig coffee maker. Hard to see & to lift up to put in the cups. Also it would be nice if something could be figured out to hold the room door open when rolling in the luggage carrier...especially when a person is alone."
