"We didn’t know that they only cleaned the room every two days and we were only there for two days. We only had one coffee cup and had requested they bring another one during cleaning the first day and they said they would, but since they didn’t clean, we didn’t get it. Everything else was great. It wasn’t quite soundproof, but it was pretty close - like the blackout shades too. Breakfast stopped at 9 AM during the week so we didn’t get a chance to try it."

"When we arrived our room wasn't available yet. Went out to pool area to wait. Checked at 2:30, 3, 3:30 then again at 4:15, the girl at desk had gone home and the new person said room is ready. Seemed the prior staff should have come out to alert us of room now available or at least telling new person where we were to let us know sooner. Then we found the room's balcony only had 1 chair. Seriously, what name hotel only provides one chair on a balcony. Room isn't an issue. GM wasn't real...

"We loved the pools and hot tubs. We had all our meals at the WKP sports bar and loved the food, drinks, staff and music. We did a deep tissue massage at the spa; excellent service. There’s a lot of above and beyond little perks here. I think it’s the staff at all the areas of the resort that really make the difference and make it an excellent vacation. I would definitely stay here again."
