Large kitchen has brand new appliances and is stocked with good pans and a great coffeemaker and also very good coffee and complimentary snacks. Very well designed with practicality in mind: every room has a side table with a lamp that has USB and USB-C plugs for your phone, so you do not need to look for a wall outlet. Also, the area is very quiet, with little traffic. Wonderful place. "

Fun games for the kids, cool patio with gas fire pit. Easy 10 min walk to the beach. Nice location for day trips exploring sites like Monterey Bay Aquarium, Big Sur, and much more! "It’s close to the convention center making it easy to come and go. It was easy to find with the clear directions. The gate to enter does get stuck a bit. The porch light wasn’t on but our cell phone flashlight worked just fine accessing the key. It was a tad stuffy when we walked in but there there was a box fan and ceiling fan accessible making it quite nice. The bottom bunk was very comfortable. The top bunk mattress could be better. My daughter graciously took the top. It sinks in the middle....

"Great location - right on the beach! Unfortunately it was raining while we were there so unable to use the outside balcony and furniture. Views are stunning and there's direct access to the beach right across the unit! Kitchen had all the basics for meal prep or takeout. Covered car port also made it easy to get in and out esp while it was raining. Overall, it's a great unit if you're looking for a beachfront property and central to everything!"

"The property was perfect for my wife and I to surprise our kids with their first niners game at Levi's stadium! It was close proximity to everything we wanted to do and the hosts were great from booking all the way through our check-out!"
