Discover the magic of the Upper Black Forest with a stay in our cosy flat, which is located at an altitude of approx. 1,000 m on the tip of a peninsula on Lake Schluchsee. Enjoy the proximity to the cool lake and an idyllic bathing meadow, which are just a few minutes' walk away. The ideal location of our flat on the mezzanine floor of a quiet residential complex offers you not only direct access to nature, but also proximity to the village centre and train station, both of which are just a 10-minute walk away. As an ideal starting point for exploring on foot, by bike or for excursions in the surrounding area, this accommodation promises an unforgettable holiday.

Inside, you will be welcomed by a 2-room flat of approx. 80 m2, which has been recently renovated and impresses with its cosy furnishings. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a bunk bed and a spacious wardrobe. A small balcony allows you to enjoy the morning sun. In the living/dining room you will find a comfortable sofa next to a modern flat-screen TV, a pull-out day bed that serves as an additional sleeping option, a dining table and a cosy reading corner. The new kitchen has a ceramic hob, fridge, kettle, oven and dishwasher. A newly renovated bathroom with rain shower and a separate guest WC round off the offer. A parking space in the garage is also available for guests' convenience.

Outside, the second balcony, designed for enjoying the evening sun, invites you to linger. You have direct access to picturesque hiking trails that start right at the front door, and the bathing meadow and the lake are practically on your doorstep. Whether you want to enjoy the peace and quiet or be active in nature, the location of our holiday flat offers all this and much more.

The surrounding area is ideal for a wide range of activities. There are shops and grocery shops, a bakery, the railway station and a sandy beach with a bathing area in the immediate vicinity. For the more adventurous, the area offers numerous hiking and cycling trails from the house. In addition, well-known sights such as the Rothaus brewery, the Black Forest house "Hüsli" and St. Blasien Cathedral are within easy reach. For winter sports fans, well-known ski resorts such as Feldberg and Todtnauberg are close by, and the famous lakes Schluchsee and Titisee are perfect for exploring.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt am Schluchsee

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage. Wir waren sowohl wandern als auch am Strand und hatten für beides einen super Ausgangspunkt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war perfekt. Sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und alle nötigen Informationen waren frühzeitig da.
