"This apartment is exactly as advertised. It is spacious for a one bedroom with a decent sized kitchen, a dining room table and a cozy living room area with a smart TV that allowed us to log in to all our different streaming services. The king-sized bed is quite comfortable. The apartment is in an older building with cast iron heaters, so if you aren't used to those, be warned they can be noisy, but they do keep the apartment toasty warm in the winter.The location is excellent. "We were in town for Loyola’s graduation and this was a great place to stay instead of a hotel. The drive to Loyola is about 18 minutes. The apartment is super spacious and has a well stocked kitchen. The manager was great at communicating. You can hear everything that happens upstairs but it didn’t affect our stay and the neighbors were quiet at night. Would highly recommend! Easy parking too which is great. "

The stairs were a little tricky but lots of railings made it doable even with big luggage. Super clean and well furnished. Would recommend. "

"Wonderful newly updated property. Beautiful decor and furnishings. For us it was a great location. The owners are totally responsive to the needs of their guests. The internet went out (provider issue not owners) and we got an immediate response to our email. We felt safe and secure in the garden apartment. Note that parking can be difficult but not impossible."

"Some friends and I recently stayed here to attend our college reunion at The University of Chicago. We were impressed by the size and cleanliness of the apartment. The location was excellent for the UofC reunion, and the five of us were very comfortable staying there. It is close to shops and public transportation, as well as other offerings in Hyde Park and Chicago. We were able to find parking on the street in front of the apartment. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!"
