"Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange. "

"I have never felt more unsafe at a hotel in my life. There were obvious drug deals in the parking lot, people partying outside my window, loud neighbors on all sides all night — the room reeked of cigarette smoke, the light fixtures didn’t work/were falling off the wall, the bathroom door didn’t close because it didn’t fit in the frame, cigarette burns all around the sink, chunks of the bathtub were broken/missing, hair/stains on the sheets, deafeningly loud heater, stained walls, corroded...

"First off, when we got in room. No TV remote. Went to call front desk, no phone in room! Then he came and brought us a remote. But could only watch news. Then getting ready for dinner looking for towels, not any in room and not even a place for them. There was a used bar of soap next to sink..not know who used it. "We always stay here when visiting! Great location, close to everything. They’re extremely dog friendly and are always so welcoming. They even come out to love on our pup or say hi, remembering her name. "
