Reservation for 3 adults and towels provided for just 2 people - asked and Front Desk didn't seem to understand that each adult requires their own bath towel. Bed sheet with hole in it - clearly visible when bed was made. Housekeeping inconsistent. One day missed completely. Another day the bathroom was done but bed not made."

"The hvac unit in our room was very noisy. It made a high-pitched whine. I asked via text if they could look at it. No one did. The carpet in our room was old and looked dirty. It did seem that they were in the middle of remodeling, updates, so hopefully those things will be fixed. The front desk staff was friendly."
