"Rooms were clean and the customer service was excellent."

"There were no covers on any of the ceiling lights in the room. The bathroom floor tile was cracked in several spots. The room was remodeled at some point and the carpet still had pieces missing where there was once a wall. There were big tears in the wall paper in the hallway. Breakfast was pretty good."

"The rooftop restaurant and bar is fabulous. The hotel is clean but very dated. They only provide daily cleaning if you request services. You have to hang a notice on the outside of your door with the things that you would like done checked off, like your ordering lunch at a hospital lol. The day I was going to check out however , they were banging on my door at 9:30. I was very annoyed. I told them I was still there packing up. Then they came and banged on the door again at 11! I couldn't...

"Very hot… turned ac on as low as possible and could still hardly stand being in the room."

"There was nothing wrong with hotel, overall. I just thought my room had a microwave, and that there was free breakfast. Also, there’s a small restaurant in the lobby that gives the impression of Starbucks but it’s not. They do sell their coffee though."

"Had to wait for check in - no staff at the desk. Got checked in, went to room, door would not unlock. Went back to desk, and the manager left people trying to check in, to escort me back to room. She got me in but the door lock never worked during my stay. Room was devoid of coffee maker, glasses and cups. Hotel policy not to put them in rooms. So had to go back to main desk to get anything that would be considered normal in any other hotel. "

"Needs renovation for sure. Bathroom door stuck, makes loud noises when moved beds were loud, every time you moved the base would squeak. Room was incredibly hot all weekend. Thermostat would not go lower than 68 they were going to send a person but got to late and we had to go to sleep as we left rarly"

"Very large comfortable room. Loved the shuttle to the mall. Breakfast was very good too."

"Our room had two queen beds, neither was comfortable. One sank in the middle while the edges stayed firm. This is an older hotel with dings & scratches but, it was okay for two nights. We won’t stay there again though. Also, the police were there each night in the parking lot. Some shady characters."

"I enjoyed my stay at this property. The only problem I had was the lack of housekeeping. I didn’t like that I stayed 6 nights and the staff didn’t clean daily and didn’t change the bed linen"
