Conveniently located close to the beach and city. It takes about two minutes to walk up the path to the house. "Punta Sayulita is a very unique community. Nested in beautiful trees and vegetation with stunning sea views and a fantastic Club House. Casa Kocomo is lovely, very nice rooms with views and a nice pool. The best thing was to have Chaito and her team cook us breakfast and delicious lunches, followed by wonderful Margaritas done by Enrique. It felt like a 5 star resort. "Hacienda Sayulita is an incredible experience! We were a group of 16 and none of us had ever stayed at a fantastic place like this before. The house staff were unbelievable- 3 meals per day, gourmet, were cooked and cleaned up. The house was cleaned daily. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and clean. "This is a super unique home overlooking Sayulita! I would suggest a golf cart rental is a must to go back and forth to town. The hills and turns up to the home are much easier with a golf cart than in a rental car. Bonnie does have space for parking two carts! As with many houses in the area, there are many stairs to the home and I'd suggest packing in bags that are easy to carry up steep stairs. "Because of the 5 separate casitas, we booked for 10 people and it was perfect. The casita on the 2nd floor was the default hangout area as it was the largest. The roof was also a fun hang. We didn't spend much time at the pool together as we were busy in town but as many reviews say, the pool is small but still plenty big. "6 adults stayed 5 nights….wish we could’ve added another week! Beautiful property with helpful housekeeping and grounds personal to make sure we had all we needed. Location was peaceful without neighborly noise. Only sounds you’ll hear are the ocean waves breaking on the shoreline. Brief 15 minute walk into downtown, or do as we did and just rent a golf cart. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend this property to others. Gracious property owner checked in with us as well."

"A family wedding brought us to Sayulita.. The Buddha Villa was so much more than we expected! Spacious, comfortable & authentic! Ideal downtown location!! Sandra prepared the most perfect breakfast & dinners! I admit, being downtown meant extra noise , however we managed the nighttime karaoke with a white noise app on my iPhone. "We had an unfortunate incident of robbery while we were out on our first night. Regardless of the negative start, we are grateful for the prompt assistance of the hosts. Pre-arrival, the property manager helped booked 2 meals with an on-site chef & massages. Due to the robbery, we expressed no longer being able to afford the services. The hosts offered to cover them given the circumstances. Note we never asked them for a refund or money. The hosts brought us to the police & had the safes...

"This was a great first stay in Sayulita. The house is modern and clean (for Mexico standards), Luis the caretaker, is nice and helpful but not intrusive. We had excellent response and communication from Olivia. We were a group of 3 x 50-something year olds. One couple and a friend. "Tony was great from our initial contact to answering questions. walking distance to town and the beaches ( Florence is on the rd. to Playa Los Muertos). Good footwear is required because rds are cobblestone and the town is hilly. No need to rent a golfcart if you don't mind walking."
