"We stayed in this property post Christmas 2024 for one week with our four young adult children. Was very roomy, incredibly clean, well decorated and well stocked. This is our second visit to the Faro de Mita property, which is located on the edge of Corral del Risco (Punta Mita town), against the fence that separates the town from the gated area of Punta Muta resort areas. "My family (kids age 8 & 10) just left after 2 weeks at La Mission. The condo was well equipped with all the beach necessities (boogie boards, chairs, umbrella), tons of extra beach towels and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool is warm and clean. The property is not entirely kid friendly as there were several condo owners who were upset about kids playing in the pool and in the hammock area.Great spot, would highly recommend for families with teenagers but perhaps not small children. "

"Our first visit to Punta MIta will be hard to beat. The beachfront penthouse exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautifully updated and very well maintained. Great location and walkable to restaurants/shops. Close proximity to all of the beach clubs which are just a short golf cart ride away. The concierge and staff were very kind and respectful and always helpful with our questions. Our trip to Punta Mita was last minute but we loved it and will hopefully be back this summer! "
