Charming country villa with breathtaking sea views

Casa Terramar is situated in the mountains of the Axarquia from where you have an amazing view of the Costa del Sol.
The traditional cottage is a good place for those who want to enjoy the silence and nature of the Axarquia. Though, you can reach the touristic parts of this region within less than 10 minutes by car as well as Malaga City Centre in about 45 minutes.
With two split levels and 3 bedrooms, Casa Terramar provides enough space for up to 6 people. The upper level features the master bedroom with access to a private shower bathroom. Furthermore, another bathroom is located upstairs as well as a guest toilet on the lower floor. Due to built-in wardrobe, the two upper bedrooms provide enough storage space. The lower level bedroom is equipped with a commode and an open Wardrobe. Moreover, there is a folding baby cot available for the little ones.
The ground floor encompasses a spacious open-plan living area featuring a fully furnished kitchen equipped with a microwave, a big 2 door fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. Furthermore, the lower floor includes a very comfy and bright living room with an open fireplace as well as satellite TV and a hi fi system with AUX input. From there, you can easily reach the huge sun terrace with a big pool and an integrated outdoor kitchen and BBQ-area. Enjoy a wonderful view of the coast. When the weather is fine you might even see the Moroccan Atlas Mountains!
At Casa Terramar’s, there is always a balanced climate due to its double walled construction and the constant sea-breeze. Additionally, air conditioning on both floors as well as fans in the bedrooms provide a pleasant temperature inside the house.
Internet (WiFi), Utilities (water, electricity), towels and bed lines are included in the rent.

Casa Terramar - Einfach ein Traum

Liebe Vermieter, wir haben die Casa Terramar genau so angetroffen, wie von Ihnen beschrieben und in den Bildern dargestellt. Es fehlte an absolut gar nichts. Die Casa ist sehr liebevoll und vollständig eingerichtet. Insbesondere die Lage in den Bergen bei Caraspite / Sayalonga mit dem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Herzlichen Dank für die zahlreichen Hinweise und guten Tipps zu Aktivitäten, Wochenmärkten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, von denen wir einige im Verlauf unseres Aufenthaltes ausprobiert haben. Die im Vorfeld übermittelte, detaillierte Anfahrtsbeschreibung hat sehr geholfen. Auch die betonierten Straßen von Sayalonga bis rauf zur Casa sind für einen geübten Fahrer mit einem normalen (Miet-)Fahrzeug gut zu bewältigen. Vielen Dank, dass Sie dieses Kleinod mit für Sie fremden Menschen teilen und wir hier einen tollen Urlaub verleben durften. Wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder. Viele herzliche Grüße. Very nice house

Very nice house with a great outdoor pool, sunbathing, dinning and relaxing areas. Great indoor layout if your more people, and having the bed rooms away from the living area. Really nice location with a magnificent view over the hills down to the mediteranian. Ofcourse it is a bit time consuming every time you have to go buying groceries as driving as nessesary. The house is well maintained despite it is 20 years old and becoming worn here and there. Germaine and Peter Are very informative and responds swift up on any questions. Difinately worth a relaxing stay.

Großartiger Urlaub

Wir genossen unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen. Angefangen von der äußerst umfassenden Informationsbereitstellung des Vermieters bis zur Ausstattung des Hauses. Es fehlt an nichts. Nach Terramar kommen wir gerne wieder!

Villa isolée et difficilement accessible

L'annonce ne précisait pas que les routes étaient sinueuses et mal indiquées. Si vous n'avez pas un véhicule type jeep et que vous n'êtes pas habitué aux routes de montagne, passez votre chemin ! Le commerce le plus proche est à 15 mn. L'annonce ne précisait pas non plus qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau potable donc il faut penser à acheter des packs d'eau. Hormis ces désagréments, la villa est bien équipée et entretenue, la piscine est très agréable et nous avons eu la chance de croiser le chemin de retraités irlandais adorables qui nous ont aidés à trouver l'accès à la villa.

A piece of paradise

This house managed to overcome our high expectations. Even though the journey might have been a bit rough on the Spanish mountain roads was it all worth it. The scenery was amazing but the true beauty was found in the house itself. A modern house with one of the best views of the Costa del Sol. With a great outdoors area with sun from morning until the evening, a house with air conditioning making it a great retreat during the hot midday sun. The pool was clean and refreshing. Everything in the house was organised, from the cutlery to the towels. We can not recommend it enough!

Grandioos!

Dit is vakantie zoals vakantie bedoeld is. Geweldig sfeervol huis met goede bedden. Fantastische uitzichten, mooie omgeving cultuur, strand, wandelgebied alles is er. Betrokken service vd eigenaar. Je moet goed kunnen autorijden over de smalle bergwegen maar verder ontbreekt het je werkelijk aan niks.

Super!!!

Wir waren zu fünft zu Gast und sind alle begeistert. Super sauber, tolle Ausstattung, herrliche Ruhe. Die Kommunikation + Beschreibung + Ablauf und Organisation waren absolut professionell. Einzig die letzten 10min der Anfahrt sind etwas mühsam und abenteuerlich. Wir können das Objekt uneingerschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne mal wieder.

Super Haus 🏠

Wie oben schon beschrieben, lässt das Haus keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Die Bilder entsprechen den Tatsachen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, genug Töpfe, Teller, Gläser. Ob Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher, saftpresse, alles was man zum kochen braucht ist vorhanden und auch in einer guten Qualität. Der Pool , der Ausblick und die Ruhe einfach traumhaft. Genug Liege und Sitzmöglichkeiten um den Pool in guter Qualität!! Das einzige Problem was wir hatten sind nach Google-map gefahren. Bitte nicht nach machen!!! Folgen sie lieber der Wegbeschreibung. Bis salayonga kein Problem, die letzten 3 km sind dann auch nicht jedermanns Sache aber fahrbar. Es gibt nur 3-4 stellen wo Gegenverkehr problematisch ist. Das ist der einzige etwas negative Punkt in unserem Urlaub gewesen. Ansonsten 5 Sterne.

Amazing house with an amazing view

This house was totally above expecations. Even though it looked really nice in the pictures, it was even better in real life. The check in procedure was very easy and the same for the check out procedure. The house was very clean and modern in a spanish way. We were 5 people staying at Terramar and we cooked all our food by ourself since it was very good tools for doing so, such as a nice grill and kitchen. To top it off, the view was stunning and we sat every night outside enjoying the view with our friends.

What a perfect place

You may question your life choices on the last 3 km of the trip up, but once you arrive paradise greets you. Beautiful decorated, thoughtfully laid out, FANS (if you do vacation rentals you know how rare a fan is), pool towels for the glorious pool, great aircon and strong WiFi, a view you can’t stop looking at—well. We intended to sightsee but ended up staying put to enjoy this fabulous property. I VRBO 2-3 times a year, and this is top 5 ever. Loved it!

The perfect spot

I have been visiting southern Spain for 15 years and this is the best property I have ever stayed in. Getting there is not for the faint- hearted as the road from the village is steep and winding (but only 8 minutes away) but once you are there, it is like a piece of paradise. The views are wonderful and you are high up enough to benefit from a gentle sea breeze. The pool and surrounding area were well kept and the villa was immaculate - very clean and everything was good quality and well looked after. We loved it so much we have already booked to go back later this year!

Magnifique endroit. Vue magnifique. Exterieur superbe représentatif des photos.

La maison est parfaite avec tout le confort qu'on peut demander. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Très calme pour qui veut se reposer et profiter d'une vue magnifique sur les montagnes et sur la mer. Je recommande cet endroit. De plus le propriétaire est très présent pour toutes questions que ce soit par téléphone ou par mail.
