The modern open-air architecture gives you the unique feeling of living in nature, but with security and private bedrooms. The wrap around patios allow multiple areas to gather as a group, and private areas just for you.

Walk right in to a fully furnished house, and all the essentials with bedding and linens, pots and pans. Solid good wifi. This is an all natural, off-grid property with natural mountain spring water from the tap. With cooler temperatures at 1500', especially at night, open ventilation and fans keep you comfortable. There is no A/C. All rooms are on one level, with loft bedroom up a flight.

GUEST ACCESS: 4WD access. Allow 15 minutes from the coastal highway. Ascend 1500 feet over 3 miles to the coastal ridge, passing teak and bamboo forests and huge vistas, on a county maintained dirt/gravel road (steep in some areas). It's a little extra effort for astounding views! There is ample covered parking at the house.

There are no other rental groups on the grounds during your stay.

Our local management team is available to escort you to the house, and assist you with your travel needs. You will have the main house to yourself. As is customary in large properties in Costa Rica, a seasonal co-host/caretaker may be on site in separate unit, and there to assist if needed.
